Unless otherwise stated all products have a warranty period of 12 months from date of purchase on production of the appropriate sales invoice. Warranty is for replacement of parts only, does not cover any related installation or re-installation costs involved. Invoice must be provided for any warranty claim.

Replacement items will be issued after testing and inspection of goods are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Shipping costs of the faulty part may be covered where warranty has been duly recognised and accepted by Panel House, which will be at Panel Houses' discretion.

Postage Insurance*

All items are quoted excluding postage insurance. We recommend for peace of mind on higher priced items; postage insurance is purchased to cover your purchase for the risk of loss and/or damage during transit. If you wish to be covered please purchase with item or contact one of our friendly staff prior to completeing your purchase. Insurance must be purchased before despatch of purchase. 

• Uninsured Items: By choosing an uninsured shipping option;  you agree that if the package is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, you will not hold Panel House responsible for the loss. We will not re-ship the item for free, we will not provide a refund, and we will not provide a credit. We will do our best to assist you locate the package.
• Insured Items: If your package is insured and is lost or damaged we will do our best to get the claim processed asap.
