Lighting – Wanna see and be seen? We’ve got upgrade & replacement headlights, daytime running lights, fog lights, guard repeaters, bumper park lights, and indicator lights. Plus, tail lights, brake lights, bumper reflectors, and universal lights keep the back end sorted. Need the little things? LED & halogen bulbs, wiring, and adapters - yep, we got those too.
Exterior – Make your car look sharp with upgraded & replacement grill and mirrors (including towing & universal mirrors).
Cooling – Don’t let your beast cook in this Aussie heat! We stock radiators, radiator fans & shrouds, overflow tanks, windscreen washer bottles, and intercoolers to keep things running chill so you’re not left sweatin’ it out on the side of the road.
Body Panels – If it’s a part of your car’s body, we’ve got it. That means bonnets, front bumpers, full upgrade bumper kits, fenders, fender flares, doors, mirrors, tailgates, quarter panels, bumper reinforcements & supports, and side steps.
4x4 Add-ons & Accessories – Got a rig that needs some extra grunt? We’ve got the gear to beef it up.
Trims & Mouldings – The details matter, so we’ve got weather shields, bonnet moulds, bonnet scoops, window weatherstrips/belt moulds, clips, and fasteners.
Interior – Don’t forget the inside! We stock inner handles, window winder handles, window regulators, and window switches to keep your cabin working as it should.
No worries! Here’s the lowdown: Aftermarket parts are brand-new car parts made by manufacturers other than the original brand. They’re built to meet top-quality and certification standards, so they fit right, last long, and do the job just as well.
Just ’cause you can’t find it online doesn’t mean we don’t have it! We’ve got over 20,000 parts sitting in our Brisbane warehouse, ready to ship across Australia. If it’s not showing up, chances are we’ve still got it.

Aussie cars are right-hand drive, meaning:
RH (Right Hand) = The driver’s side (where the magic happens)
LH (Left Hand) = The passenger side (where the snacks are stored)
Picture yourself behind the wheel; RH is on your right, LH is on your left. Too easy, mate!
Before you go chucking parts in your cart, make sure you’ve got these details locked in:
Make & Model – Obvious, but you’d be surprised how many blokes forget.
Production Date – Month & year (check the build plate)
Other handy details – Body style, engine type, transmission. Anything that could affect fitment.

Unless otherwise stated, all products have a warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase on production of the appropriate sale's invoice. The warranty is for the replacement of parts only, does not cover any related installation or re-installation costs. An invoice must be provided for any warranty claim.
Replacement items will be issued after testing and inspection of goods are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Shipping costs of the faulty part may be covered where the warranty has been duly recognised and accepted by Panel House, which will be at Panel House's discretion.

Shipping
We use a range of couriers and postal services depending on your location, type of item and cost. These include freight companies such as Australia Post, Startrack, Couriers Please and TNT.
Panel House will not accept accountability for ANY lost, damaged, stolen or pet destroyed orders.
Parts sent using the Australia Post and Star Track have weight and measurement restrictions, which prevent our bulkier items from being sent using this service.
Once your order has been dispatched from us, you will receive an email which will include a tracking number and what courier the item was sent with. You will be able to track your items here. Please allow 5 hours for tracking to begin.
Tracking details will be sent to you via sms and email when your order is dispatched from our warehouse in Brisbane.
Yep, we sure do! Just some parts, though. If you’re unsure, check with us before ordering.
Not yet, but never say never! 😜 For now, we only ship within Australia and selected items to New Zealand.

Orders and Payment
Yep, but you’ve gotta be quick! We usually ship orders within 24 hours, so if you need to make a change, give us a bell ASAP before it heads out. We keep an eye on emails, but calling is your best bet for urgent stuff.
Once it’s left the warehouse, it’s outta our hands. So, if you’re having second thoughts, let us know fast!

We can take payment over the phone if it’s under $200. Give us a bell, and we’ll sort it out. If it's over $200, we can still do the order with you over the phone but a payment request will be sent to you via SMS using our secure gateway; easy as that.
You can check out online using our secure payment gateway through Shopify Pay with a credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Amex), Afterpay, Zip Pay, or alternatively, good old trusty PayPal.
Prefer a direct deposit? Just give us a call or shoot us an email, and we’ll supply you with the bank account details. Remember to add your invoice number to the payment description to speed up the process. Funds may take up to 48 hours to show in our account (please keep this in mind)
If you're picking up in-store at our South Brisbane shop, we take cash, EFTPOS, AfterPay and ZipPay over the counter.
For peace of mind, we use Shop Pay and PayPal to keep your payments secure.
And no sneaky fees; our prices include GST.
When you check your account statement, the payment will show up as:

You can pick up your order at 45 Randall Street, Slacks Creek, during business hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM–4 PM, and Saturday, 8 AM–12 PM.
Returns and exchanges
Give us a call ASAP, The incorrect part must come back in new condition in the original packaging. If this is the case, there should be no drama. Bring it in the store, along with your invoice, and we’ll swap them over.
No worries, mate! You’ve got 30 days from when your order lands to send it back if you’ve had a change of heart (or if the missus found out). After that, we can’t do refunds or swaps for a change of mind, so don’t leave it too long!
A couple of things to keep in mind:
Return shipping is on you. We don’t cover postage for change-of-mind returns.
The gear’s gotta be in its original packaging, with no missing bits.
Hang onto your proof of purchase—we’ll need it to process the return. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Yes, reach out to us ASAP with your updated address before your order is dispatched. After it leaves the warehouse, we won’t be able to make any changes!
